dedicated to the development, design and construction of oil and gas
refineries and related objects.At the moment the company has a project on reconstruction plant in the VOLGOGRAD Project.

At the moment we have a vacancy : Chief Accountant
LOCATION: Volgograd
CONTRACT DURATION: 4-5 years

Responsibility:

-Conduct and supervise the correct preparation of the monthly accounts of the Branch following Russian GAAPs and comply with all reporting requirements to the Russian Tax Authorities.
- Liaise with TR Group's Accounting Managers to submit required monthly reporting from the Corporate Office within the time limits. Analysis of the differences in accounting to ensure proper reporting in IFRS.
- Review of accounting reconciliations both banks and intercompany balances.
- Support compliance with the correct financial administrative procedure of the Branch.
- Provide financial support to the Corporate Finance Department
proactively.
- Set priorities, work plans and support Russian Financial team.
- Preparation and submission of all tax returns to be submitted periodically by the Branch.
- Assist and coordinate any tax audit that is subject to the Branch.
- Assist and coordinate all internal and external audit which is subject to the Branch.
- Treasury Management of the Branch and business relationships with local banks.

Recruitments are:
- over 10 years experience in accounting sphere;
- audit in Russian and multinational companies present in Russia, of which at least 5 years must be as Chief Accountant in multinational companies reporting monthly;
- experience in Russian Accounting and Taxation;
- previous experience in Oil & Gas Companies and EPC turnkey contractors will be highly considered;
- experience in the Preparation of Financial Statements with 1C Program;
- knowledge of SAP FI module is an asset;
- previous experience in managing tax audits with Russian Tax Authorities;
- fluent knowledge of English or Spanish.
